The default commission plan for all affiliates is a fixed Revenue Share rate of 50% of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by their referred players. Individual agreements may vary where alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">\n    2. The following minimum payout thresholds apply before a commission can be processed and paid:\n    <ul>\n        <li>International Affiliates: A minimum payout balance of USD 200 applies regardless of the chosen payment method (including cryptocurrency, e-wallet, and bank wire transfer).<\/li>\n        <li>Local Affiliates (Bank Transfer &amp; Player Wallet): A minimum payout balance of USD 100 applies for local affiliates using bank transfer or player wallet as their payment method.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    Commission shall be calculated and verified following the end of each calendar month. Subject to such verification, any commission due to the Affiliate shall be paid by the end of the calendar month following the month in which the commission was earned.\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">3. The promotion bonus and rebates cost of the referred player is deducted from the affiliate\u2019s commission.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">4. Affiliates cannot have their own player gaming account under their affiliate account. If an affiliate is caught profiting from an account generated by themselves, we will forfeit any earnings they have made and their account will be unlinked to its own affiliate account.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">5. Profit generated from an affiliate caught doing fraudulent activities will be deducted from the Affiliate&#8217;s earnings. Any dishonest actions will result in permanent freezing of an account, and will forfeit all commission.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">6. If an affiliate is being investigated for possible fraudulent activities, Nextbet will withhold payment of profits generated from that affiliate until the investigation is completed.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">7. Affiliates are restricted to give bonus or any promotion without Nextbet\u2019s review and approval otherwise the Affiliate account will be subject for termination.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">\n    8. Revenue Share Review, Automated Downgrades and Inactivity Rules<br><br>\n\n    The Company rewards affiliates based on mutual growth, active collaboration, quality traffic, brand exposure, and long-term partnership value. Commission rates are intended to reflect an active commercial relationship where both parties continue to contribute to the growth of the brands.<br><br>\n\n    For affiliates operating under a Revenue Share compensation plan, commission rates will be monitored automatically based on recorded affiliate performance.<br><br>\n\n    If an affiliate fails to generate at least five (5) First-Time Deposits (FTDs) within three (3) full calendar months, the affiliate\u2019s Revenue Share rate will be automatically downgraded to 10%.<br><br>\n\n    If an affiliate fails to generate any new FTDs within twelve (12) full calendar months, the affiliate\u2019s Revenue Share rate will be automatically downgraded to 5%.<br><br>\n\n    If an affiliate fails to generate any new FTDs within twenty-four (24) full calendar months, and there is no evidence of active promotion, brand exposure, traffic generation, or intention to continue promoting the Company\u2019s brands, the affiliate account may be subject to suspension, deactivation, or termination.<br><br>\n\n    For the avoidance of doubt, these downgrades are system-driven and applied automatically based on the affiliate\u2019s recorded performance within the applicable period.<br><br>\n\n    Where an affiliate reactivates their promotional activity and generates at least five (5) FTDs within a subsequent three (3) full calendar month period, the system may automatically reinstate the affiliate to their previous agreed Revenue Share rate, based on Net Gaming Revenue, from the following applicable commission cycle, subject to traffic quality, fraud checks, and any specific terms agreed in writing.<br><br>\n\n    The Company may also review exceptional cases where an affiliate can demonstrate active promotional efforts, meaningful brand exposure, ongoing advertising placements, strategic market value, technical limitations, market restrictions, or other valid reasons affecting performance. Any exception must be reviewed and approved by the Company in writing.<br><br>\n\n    Lack of traffic, lack of new FTDs, removal of brand placements, absence of advertising, lack of communication, or failure to actively promote the Company\u2019s brands may be considered an indication that the collaboration is no longer active or no longer part of the affiliate\u2019s commercial priority. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to downgrade, suspend, revise, or terminate the affiliate account and\/or commission entitlement.<br><br>\n\n    These performance and inactivity provisions apply to affiliates operating under Revenue Share plans and may also apply to Hybrid deal affiliates where the affiliate has stopped promoting the Company\u2019s brands, stopped generating new traffic, or is no longer actively collaborating. CPA-only affiliates and Hybrid affiliates may also be subject to additional performance terms as outlined in their individual agreements.\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">9. If the affiliate account cannot be executed as planned due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Nextbet shall freeze the affiliate account and incur no liability or no commission will be offered.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">10. Nextbet reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">11. Updating Payment Preferences. Affiliates are required to update their payment preferences on the NetRefer platform by the 5th of each month if changes are needed. Any updates made after the 5th may not take effect until the following payment cycle. This ensures timely processing and avoids delays in receiving commissions.<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"faq-subcontent\">12. Player Attribution (Btag) Release. Where a player registers via an affiliate tracking link (btag) but does not complete a first real money deposit within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of their registration date, the affiliate&#8217;s tracking attribution (btag) for that player will be automatically released. Following such release, the player will no longer be attributed to the originating affiliate, and any future deposits or activity by that player will not be eligible for commission calculation under the Agreement. Nextbet reserves the right to re-attribute or classify such players at its discretion following the expiry of the 120-day window.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"1.
